MA Training offers the following subscription plans:
Prices include VAT. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
Payments are processed via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure payment gateway.
Currency: ISK (Icelandic Krona)
Services are delivered electronically through the MA Training App.
App access is granted immediately upon payment.
Training programs are delivered within 3 business days of registration.
Refund Rights: Customers may cancel within 14 days of purchase by email to mathjalfun@mathjalfun.is.
Subscription Terms:
MA Training treats all personal information as confidential.
Information is used solely for service provision and is not sold or provided to third parties.
Customers have the right to request information about recorded data and have it corrected or deleted.
MA Training processes personal data in accordance with Act No. 90/2018 on Data Protection and the Processing of Personal Data, cf. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
MA Training provides training guidance, but customers are responsible for their own health and physical condition.
MA Training is not liable for injuries or damage that may occur during exercise.
MA Training reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days' notice.
Customers will be notified of changes via email.
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law.
Disputes shall be referred to the District Court of Reykjavík.
